My cat started limping on Friday night. By Saturday morning, he wasn't putting any weight on it. Guessed it might be difficult, or very expensive getting a vet to see him over the weekend. But no, got an appointment for 90 mins later with Mr Burch who had drained the abscess, given an antibiotic shot and prescribed tablets, all within 5 mins! 24 hours later, my cat is hugely improved and cost was very reasonable. Mr Burch was absolutely lovely as was the assistant at the desk. Even my very feisty cat behaved well which I think was a lot to do with how calm, professional and gentle Mr Burch was. My cat was distressed before we went, but he clearly felt so much better after his visit!

Seen on time. Explanation given regarding recent media concerns about flea treatments. The Practice promotes regular 3 monthly treatments using a product that is safe for the environment. Stopping fleas before infestation is better than waiting until a problem occurs. I am grateful for the reassurance on all counts.

First visit with Lanre’ and we found him to be very caring, gentle and he checked our dogs throughly. Took time to address our concerns and made sure he found the best treatment plan for our dog who keeps getting a recurring problem. We were very happy with our care received. Reception staff very helpful and gave good advice too. We feel much better about our dog’s condition now and have a long term care plan thanks to Lanre’
