Always happy with the service I receive here and would highly recommend the practice. Lovely vets (Maddie, Henry) and the nurses are so kind and really looked after my cats. Excellent vet practice had a few difficult months with our pets. But due to old age and illnesses couldn't be saved, that's way of things. But all the vets were very honest with their diagnosis and didn't try to pass on aby unnecessary treatment. And also thank you to reception staff for thier help and understanding with the loss of beloved dog.

It’s always an anxious moment when you visit a new vets for the first time, but with Burch Tree I know we’ve made the right choice. Such friendly, warm, welcoming staff and such a positive and personable atmosphere in the whole environment. I feel for sure that our dog will get the best care here in the years to come.
