Very pleased. Staff always friendly and helpful. Ellesmere has a lovely spacious car park and easy access. Building is great. I recommend to friends and family. Woody also happy to visit which is the main thing.

It was a pleasure to return to Brownlow Ellesmere. All staff were friendly and the vet Catherine was very thorough. Frankie didn't feel the injection and was calm allowing Catherine to weigh him and check him over.

Brilliant vets centre!! ALL the staff are really friendly, knowledgeable, considerate and understanding from the vets to the receptionist and in between. Nothing is too much trouble them and they remember you!! You and your pets are treated as part of there big family, not just a number, or just counting the money coming in. I have been with these now for over 10years with my dogs, ducks, and cats. We've been threw some really tough times with one of my dogs this last 4months and I couldn't of asked for any better care or compassion for both me and my dog. I recommend them passionately and trust them with my animals lifes 110%.
