Excellent service. Staff were wonderfully helpful arranging my new kittens first appointment, upon arrival the receptionist I'd talked to on the phone came out to meet my kitten and comfort him in a new environment. The area was clean, tidy, and welcoming with a nice selection of items in the store corner. The appointment itself was prompt and the Vet was lovely, kind, and knowledgeable. Vaccination was done with gentle kindness and my kitten was barely aware it was happening. 100% happy to come back again next time and the pet club appears to be a very good investment so far.

I recently had to take my cat for assessment where it was found that he had a terminal condition. The poor boy was very frightened, being an outdoor semi- feral cat, and I was very upset myself. The vets were so good with him, and two managed to examine him....not easy! The vet talked to me in detail about the options and we decided euthanasia was kindest. I felt she gave me lots of time, no pressure, to reach a decision, and everyone in the practise was so kind and reassuring. My cat had a peaceful end of life and I was given time alone with him and my feelings. Previously another cat had had to have a surgery at Bridge vets and I was similarly impressed...and the dear old boy is still going at 17.

My cat has been pulling his fur out when he grooms and is bald in places. He got a really good check over, meds and a plan going forward. Staff are always super friendly and helpful.

I had a brilliant experience with my snake, and was very impressed with Scott, Kyle and the receptionist team. Unfortunately I came to bridge vets due to my exotic vet leaving my last vets, which I was unaware of until I needed them. After going around nearly every vet in Aberdeen, Bridge vets accommodated me and managed to fit me in on quite short notice to get an appointment and x-ray arranged. Everyone I dealt with was extremely understanding and a pleasure to work with, especially as I was panicking quite a bit at the time of appointment. Everyone truly seemed to care for the animals, making sure I knew a referal could be done if an operation was needed and asking me to let them know how my snake got on even if one wasn't needed. I will certainly be coming back as needed with my other exotics 😁
