Last november 2025 our barney who was a very much wanted dog was 15 and had to be put to sleep us as a family were distraught and totally heartbroken 💔 he had ulcers in both eyes and was on the verge of rupturing we didn't have a choice all the staff was so professional especially louise who undertook the procedure also every member of staff was so empathetic we now have another dog which I hadn't anticipated and took her for a check up in brynmawr practice which isn't far from me and it was so lovely to see the staff again after it's closure for a while

Lovely people on reception and the nurse, customer care brilliant. I was an hour early due to relying on public transport and not wanting to miss the appointment but that wasn't a problem for them. The surgery is extremely clean and well stocked shop.
