I honestly can’t recommend this practice highly enough. They are without a doubt the best vets I’ve ever used. They’ve been incredible not only with my own cats, but also with the many cats and kittens I’ve rescued and brought in over time. Every single member of the team is kind, patient, and genuinely understanding, especially in situations that can be stressful or emotional. They always take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make both animals and humans feel at ease. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat, which makes such a difference. I’m so grateful to have found a vet practice that cares this much. Thank you for everything you do.

I've been taking my puppy (now 8 months old) to Bray House since we brought him home (at 8 weeks). We've always had a great experience. Staff are super friendly and have always been great with the boy, always taking efforts to ensure he is happy and relaxed. They listen to all of our concerns and their advice always seems fair and considered and treatments seem to be reasonably priced. We're very happy with the kind and professional service we're receiving!

I took my Whiggy hound for his six month health check. He was seen by one of the lovely vet nurses who always makes a genuine fuss of the dogs which means they never stress about going to the vets. The practice has a real family feel to it even though it is part of a group. We are recognised immediately and names remembered without prompting. Everyone seems to genuinely care for patient and owner alike. Thoroughly recommend with no reservations.

We have used bray house vets since our cats were babies and have always been extremely happy with every aspect of the service we recieved , from the amazing vets to the nursing team and the receptionists. We would highly recommend them and wouldn’t take our babies anywhere else !! 😻😻
