I have been seeing Joanne over the last few weeks for my 10 yr old cocker spaniel. Joanne has been tremendous in the care and advice thats she's recommended. She could not have been more thorough. Through her expertise and knowledge, she's managed to get my poor dog from being in incredible pain, tail down and not being able to sit, back to bouncing around like a puppy. Although my dog is 10, she realised she had plenty more life to live and never gave up. Together, we've come up with a plan that we're happy with and to have my dog monitored every month. I cannot thank Boyce & Houston enough. My dogs cancer was detected initially by a nurse doing a routine anal gland expression. Bringing down the prescription price really helped me, otherwise I'm not sure I would have been able to afford it. Well done team and thank you for you ongoing care.

Had to take my cat Clyde to the vet during the week and Paulina has been brilliant with him and myself from explaining his treatment to keeping me updated on the cost. There was no rush during the consultation Paulina took her time to make sure she was giving Clyde everything he needed. The receptionist's are all kind, caring and helpful.

This is the best veterinary practice in my experience the staff are knowledgeable and give best advice while having your animals best interests at heart , Paulina has always been professional and supportive with any request and also is the cat whisperer she is amazing 😻 Venus is thankful even if she is feisty during visits your patience is always appreciated ❤️
