What pet owners say
If I could give this very superior veterinary practice 6 stars - I would, and they would be worthy of it! The care and attention they gave my very sick cat was beyond excellent. It was a miracle they managed to save his life. Post surgery, they have continued to give my Clarence-Albie top notch medical care, and my 2 dogs have now also benefitted from being treated by them. I do not think I have EVER been provided with such all round excellent service, and I’ve had pets for over 30 years!. They care! They really do! They even try to keep costs down as much as possible for you - which is unheard of from other practice's in this industry. Their Team are a magnificent group of people who not only give their very best to our pets, but us humans too. Surgeon, vets, nurses, reception staff - all working as one to give our pets the best care available - priceless. All these professionals are in-house, so there is no need to have to take your pets to other places for specialised treatment. I cannot stress enough how exceptional this practice and their staff are, and I am so grateful to them. Thank you so much.

My two kittens went into be spayed. The reception staff overheard me comforting my 3 year old son saying we would be back to collect them (he was scared they wouldn’t come home because last time we was at this branch we left without our darling Marvin as he didn’t make his car accident) The reception staff were amazing. They asked my son for his name and what our kittens names are. Promised to take pictures of them when awake and eating and send over to me. They even put FOA: of my son’s name in the subject of the email. This will be something I’m forever grateful for. The overall experience with my cats being spayed and process was amazing. I honestly would recommend Boness everyday of the week to pet carers!

Visited Boness vets with my highly reactive 16 month old Labrador for her yearly jabs . The vet was calm , relaxed & didn’t rush anything , this helped my pup to calm down & allow the appt to be conducted without issue. The clinic itself is lovely & with plenty of parking it’s so easy to attend. All in all we are very happy with our first appt with Boness

Visited Friday into the early hours of Saturday with my dad’s elderly dog who decided to eat most of a leather belt. The 2 ladies at reception were lovely and so kind . The Vet I think her name was Paula or Paulina (sorry if I’ve got the name wrong) was also very kind and caring and really explained what’s what . This practise isn’t unfortunately my dad’s dogs practise but if I had pets it would certainly be the Vets I’d use. All the team we met last night were so good, which does help in a stressful worrying situation. Thanks to all last night.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Boness Vets to anyone with a beloved pet. We recently took our dog, Willow, to them, and from the moment we walked in, the staff treated us like family. They genuinely go above and beyond for their clients, and we are so grateful for the support, guidance, and compassion they showed us. After some thorough testing, we faced the heartbreaking news that Willow needed to be put to sleep. Erin, the vet, was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything to us in detail, ensuring we understood everything. She gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. The vet nurse (I’m so sorry I can’t recall her name) was equally wonderful, providing us with a precious, peaceful last moment with Willow that I’ll always be grateful for. The receptionists were also lovely—they listened to my concerns, treated us with kindness, and even helped us navigate the insurance claims, which was a big help during such a difficult time. The entire team at Boness Vets went above and beyond for us, and we are so thankful for the care and compassion they showed Willow and our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
