I rang the practice and was able to get a non urgent appointment, at the practice of my choice, for the next day. When I arrived with my little dog everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t have to wait long to be called in by the vet, and she was very efficient but super calm and friendly. Which helped to keep my dog calm and relaxed. She was able to identify what the issue was and carried out a small procedure to clarify this and provide reassurances. This visit was covered under the monthly pet plan, so I only had to pay for the little toy my dog snaffled from the bargain bin when I wasn’t looking! 😊🤭

I always find all the staff at Boness helpful and friendly. They all seem to go the extra mile. Needless to say their professional advice is second to none and I really value the fact that they listen to any questions I want to ask. I feel that we manage my dogs’ wellbeing as a team which is very valuable, particularly when they are very young and you are getting to know them but even more so in their senior years.

My cat received quality and empathetic care whilst undergoing treatment and monitoring from a severe cat bite/abscess. Over tue course of 2 weeks we had 3 visits with the same vet, a lovely and efficient lady, who guided me and provided the best care for my cat. She made the journey very smooth.

We were stuck with a sick dog in the peak district and no access to a vet - phoned Boness and they really were a lighthouse in a very dark moment. Came home and the care continues in both Flitwick and Barton sites. Definitely recommend
