I’ve just had my first visit at BlackBerry Vets and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided for our dog. They were so kind and patient with me (and my two young boys in tow - giving them stickers to keep them occupied). Everyone we met was so welcoming, friendly and understanding. Reggie was nervous but the vet was so patient with him and was explaining everything clearly. I’m so glad we have finally changed our vets!

My dog has been going to Blackberry Vets since she was 8 weeks old, she's now 12 years! She goes in willingly and is very relaxed with all the vets and reception staff, who are always very professional and caring I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. Great team!

All the staff at Blackberry are delightful and do everything they can to make sure your pet has a positive experience with them! Our Labrador loves going there and we have always found the assessment and treatment to be caring, thorough and professional.

Our dog had received a nasty bite while we were away over the weekend. I found the extended vet network very helpful in finding an out of hours vet in Stoke, then when we returned home Jenny, the vet in our usual practice, BlackBerry Lingfield, was able to assume control with a full briefing and proceed with required surgery.
