Taken our dog here since she was a puppy. She loves going as the all the staff there are so warm and welcoming and make a lovely fuss which she adores. The VIP plan is good value for money and the staff are knowledgeable. Would recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, kind and good value vets.

Vetinary nurse was great with my 17yr old cat.She had puncture wounds in her back. Oral antibiotics had failed and an abcess had formed and burst needing injected antibiotics.My cat is a timid thing but this nurse handled her superbly.

Always very happy with the service we get from Berry House Vets in both Shefford and Hitchin. They are caring and thorough, and I can usually get an appointment whenever I need one. I appreciate the VIP scheme and it's benefits - perfect if your cat needs prescription food or regular appointments for chronic health issues.
