Took in Simbi today and Magda the vet is absolutely wonderful—knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The receptionist staff are just as great: very friendly, helpful, and informative from start to finish. You’re always made to feel welcome, and it’s clear they genuinely care about both pets and owners. Highly recommend this practice!

I fully trust the London Road Bell Brown & Bentley Vetinary Practise. Never had any problems. And the receptionists are always pleasant, friendly, helpful, and patient with me. Its never a problem if I have to cancel and make another appointment.

I took my deceased cat to the surgery. We got a beautiful condolence card. Today we received paw prints and two vials of his fur . So unexpected and such a beautiful gesture. What an amazing thing for them to do
