Very kind and compassionate when we found an injured cat, giving treatment quickly and helping get the cat reunited with his owners. They have a waifs and strays fund if anyone wants to contribute to that. If I get a pet I'll definitely use this vet's.

This was the first time using these vets. I came in and immediately felt welcomed, the guy at reception took my details and was really friendly. I sat and waited for my turn and the other clients they had in there all seemed happy and comfortable in this vets I was nervous, the only reason I’d changed from my last vet who I trusted completely was because he left the practise. So I was really worried I’d not feel that confidence with another vet. We got called in and we met Ruth the vet who was welcoming, thorough and explained everything so I understood properly and with patience. She was gentle, caring and kind with my very loved 12 year old lab and let me know all options to treat her arthritis and the same with some lumps she has. I went out to pay and the girl behind reception was patient, explained how I use my insurance with them and booked me in for my next appointment. She was friendly and warm, I believe her name was Jo. I left feeling happy, confident, my dog well looked after and relieved I’d chosen these as my new vets. Many thanks! Michelle and Roxy!
