We cannot praise this vet practise enough for the care and compassion shown to our beloved Maisie and ourselves on her being put to sleep. A particular mention to Vitoria who helped us to make the difficult decision. She is a superstar. We have been using Beech House for around ten years and have always found the staff friendly, helpful and caring. Maisie just loved to visit when passing and was always spoilt with treats. I have been bringing my fur babies here for years, since I had my little Jack Russell dog Penny (about 25 years ago), with my three cats Tabatha, Sally and Stripe, who have all sadly passed, my rabbit Fudge who passed, and now with Otis and Ivy our cats and our rabbit Nova. Beech house are fantastic, they are on the phone if you need advise or help, are able to accommodate your needs in routine health checks and in emergency cases. They are extremely kind, sympathetic and have empathy when it comes to the sensitive case of having to make that hard decision of putting a loved one to sleep. We have see Amy and Tiffany an number of different times and they are both amazing and very knowledgeable in their fields. The reception staff are friendly, approachable and go out of their way to help and assist. Highly recommend and I will not be going elsewhere. Also their pet health club is a great feature.

I’m giving 5 stars, even though at one point I considered giving 3. One unpleasant incident shouldn’t define my overall experience. I’ve been a customer for around 10 years and, overall, I’m very satisfied with the care provided. The vets are excellent—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. Since the new regulations were introduced, prices are displayed more clearly, which is a positive change. In the past, it wasn’t always obvious how much a visit would cost, although that was quite common in many places. There have been a few situations at reception where communication felt lacking, especially during stressful times when a pet was seriously unwell. Sometimes it felt like payment was the immediate priority rather than empathy for the situation. However, these experiences have been the exception rather than the rule. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend the practice.
