I fully trust the London Road Bell Brown & Bentley Vetinary Practise. Never had any problems. The Vets and Vetinary Nurses are all pleasant. And really like the '3 monthly cat duel flea & wormer' that comes with my Pet Health Club monthly subscription, including vaccination, and 6 month health check (plus other benifits). As the Pet Health Club appointments are sent automatically via email I often have to cancel for a more suitable date, and the Receptionists are always friendly, helpful, and patient with me; its never a problem if I have to cancel and make another appointment. But as I rely on friends driving me to my 6 monthly appointments, sometimes they can't make a set date, and I have to cancel (usually in good time) and the Receptionists are always understanding, putting me at ease when I feel terrible for having to cancel.
