What pet owners say
We have always had excellent experiences with this vet, no matter who we saw. Our dog always received excellent care and everyone was incredibly friendly. When we recently had to have her put to sleep, they treated us and her with such kindness and compassion and were always honest with their advice.

Always excellent service. My pets are very safe with them. Thorough examinations and explanations. Quick referral for specialist treatment at Rosemary Lodge the animal hospital in Bath and same day response from them.

As a family we could not recommended this practice more highly. We had a medical emergency with our dog and they were so reassuring, making an appt within a very short time. In my 50 years visiting vets I have not experienced such an unhurried focused appointment. We learned so much about the health and body of our little dog and felt totally confident and reassured by her diagnosis and treatment. The welcome was so warm and our little was happy in the reception and the vet so detailed and gentle with her examination. She’s on the road to recovery now a big thank you to the whole team. Absolutely wonderful Thank you all.

Really lovely group. We have been sending our dog here for the past year (including surprise litter of puppies) and all the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. When we walk past the office my dog pulls to go in the building (Expecting a treat). Vets often get a bad rep for trying to charge for unnecessary procedures etc. But as an example, while I was away my Husband, who cannot drive, walked in with our dog who had an upset tummy, They took a look at her at reception (quick exam, took her temperature) and suggested that he just kept an eye on her and booked a provisional appointment with a vet the next day if the problem persisted. She was fine the next day, and they did not charge us.

Friendly staff and always happy to accommodate at short notice. We've been using the vet for over 6 years since our dog was a pup. Pet plans is worth considering to cover annual injections, regular flea medication and annual check up
