We've just left Rosemary Lodge having had to take my dad's elderly dog in following her having had several seizures over the last 12 hours or so. We moved our dog to this vets as an urgent case after he needed an abdominal scan. Our existing vets were going to charge us £1200 for the scan compared with Rosemary lodge charging us less than half that! Within an hour we had an appointment, saw a brilliant vet explained everything in detail and had complete confidence in their ability to give him the very best care. The reception team were very helpful, welcoming and caring too. Hopefully he’s going to make a full recovery.

Rosemary Lodge vets are fantastic. From booking in an appointment on the phone to being welcomed in reception, the service they provide is excellent. The reception area is very welcoming and clean and the staff are so friendly and chatty. I love the cosy cat corner in the waiting area in reception, where you can sit with your cat so it’s quieter so your cat isn’t startled by the noise, it’s a lovely idea. I really like the water fountain in the reception too, that is a nice touch. Cathy was lovely and caring during the appointment. She was calming for my kitty Angel was so helpful talking me through the treatment plan. Really appreciate the kind service and would totally recommend it here.

We took our dog here a few years ago when she was very ill with pancreatitis and they treated her excellently. When we recently had to have her put to sleep, the vet who dealt with us was exceptionally kind and compassionate, even sending a really lovely and thoughtful card afterwards. They were very considerate, letting us out the back door afterwards and generally treating us with such kindness. Exceptional vets.
