What pet owners say
I brought my dog Lola for a consultation as she had what appeared to be conjunctivitis and was showing signs of being unwell. I saw vet Imogen and she was amazing. She took her time to investigate, using a dye and torch to properly see her eye. She found an ulcer which needed a different type of treatment: antibiotic drops, drops that specifically reduce ulcers and some pain relief. Imogen was kind and reassuring. She explained what she was doing, how the treatment should help and what signs to look out for if she was to get more poorly. She discussed costs with me that helped me to decide to go through my insurance. Reception printed off my insurance form so I could complete it there rather than go home print it out and send it in. Excellent care thank you

I travel out of my town to get to this vet practice as I prefer to take my cat to Chapel Vets - staff are lovely!
