We have been going to Barrow Hill for roughly 8 years. Only on one occasion, they didn’t have an appointment but booked us into Ashford to be seen instead. Every time we went, my lovely cat Nishka always had a thorough check up. I was always given plenty of information to make informed decisions and move forward with my cat’s health and wellbeing. Sadly, last week we had to put Nishka to sleep. Alison (the vet) was unbelievably kind and explained everything before hand. She made the whole experience calm and peaceful for my cat and me. Recently moved to the area, so had to register our cat with a new Vet. They were so very helpful from the start, and our first consultation was great, the Vet answered all my questions and checked our little cat over and got all her jabs etc up to date. Very happy with the whole team thank you so very much.

Very happy that I was able to get an urgent appointment for my cat who was in a lot of pain, receptionist has a lovely caring attitude and was very knowledgable. My cats pain subsided very quickly after returning home and the medication is working well thanks to Jacob’s quick diagnosis that her pain was due to a dental issue.

As a customer of Barrow Hill for over 30 years the service is always excellent the staff are warm friendly and compassionate I have had 3 previous dogs before Misty and would not take my dog to any other vets
