As a new client I found the practice instantly welcoming of myself and my two, anxious dogs. Jess on reception was warm and friendly - helpful and efficient. Our vet, Megan, was thorough and well informed. Gentle and reassuring with both dogs. A big plus was the advice freely given that my previous vet had been unable to respond to - signposting ongoing support for myself and my rescue pups. Another plus and surprise was the pricing! Very fair fees. Thank you 😊

Delightful and friendly staff that always put your pet first. We have a Dalmatian called Reggie that is very nervous of vets but they made a big effort to clam him down when he had to stay in for a dental procedure recently, he was looked after amazingly. They even put some photos on their FB page of him looking relaxed ☺️

I’ve been a customer at Eureka for a few years now and have never been able to fault the service. The experience today was one that I just had to share and say thank you to the team for. I have a very anxious 3 year old springer who finds visits to the vets very challenging. From the moment we walked in the team could not have been more supportive. Jess on reception greeted us with smiles, treats and plenty of fuss and our vet, Meaghan, could not have been more generous with her time and care. With a bit of help from nurse Emily, Meaghan was able to vaccinate my little man with minimal drama and both he and I left Eureka calm and happy. For anyone in the Ashford area deciding on a vet for their pets, I can honestly say I could not recommend the team at Eureka more highly. 10/10 service! We are just so grateful to have found them.
