Excellent staff on reception as usual and on this occasion saw Sam (Vet) who was very friendly and helpful with some very useful advice. Gave Ben a very thorough examination. These are lovely people and this is my second rescue Labrador in their care. Ben is very happy here and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and we are very grateful. Polite and caring staff. Considering Max had an accident en route, the Vet was very good about having to clean Max first. He explained how to administer the medication very clearly and I felt confident in his assessment and decision. Thank you.

Really lovely vets make a huge fuss of my dog when I go. Friendly staff as well. When my dog ate a few grapes (scary!) They took care of him not just in that moment but made sure to follow up with me a few times after just to make sure he was okay, I wasnt told get in touch with us if you have concerns and it left at that they made sure to call and have a follow up meeting after.

We sadly had to say goodbye to our beautiful frenchie Arthur 9th Jan at Barrow Hill, Ashford. The vet who we saw arthur at the end was fantastic. She was loving, kind and just the person we needed at the end, just the person Arthur needed. Also the receptionists were so lovely including Denise at New Romney Barrow Hill Vets.
