We had a really good experience with Barrow Hill at Ashford during two recetn visits. The receptionist we spoke with was very friendly and supportive. Lucia, the vet, was exceptional. She listened, gave treatment options and prices and at no point did we feel pressured to go with more expensive options at that point. She was very lovely with our dog and we felt we could really trust her. A great experience.

We sadly had to say goodbye to our beautiful frenchie Arthur 9th Jan at Barrow Hill, Ashford. The vet who we saw arthur at the end was fantastic. She was loving, kind and just the person we needed at the end, just the person Arthur needed. Also the receptionists were so lovely including Denise at New Romney Barrow Hill Vets. Thank you to all at Barrow Hill Veterinary Practice, especially Konrad Ruszkowski whose professionalism was reassuring at a time when we needed to cope with some bad news regarding our dog Ruby.
