What pet owners say
quickly got appointment, a short wait on arrival but very well explained. first time meeting this vet but took time to question dogs symptoms and explained options and treatments available. As advised dog was much better within an hour of treatment although advised that at her age treatment would now be for remainder of her life. Have used this and other site practices before and have found all their vets and staff extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly.

Like it from 1st visit ( and it was hell For me it was 😂) As there’s nothing like A PANICKING & OVER REACTING STRESSING mum ( Me 🤦🏻♀️) and 2 kids (pugs).. run into reception OMG I had enough of myself after five minutes but no reception stuff them ladies are literally more patient people I’ve ever seen in my life and they listen we won’t like five minutes to see vets was absolutely amazing so you’re only good things I can say, kids loving it well that’s what matters now. If you live locally definitely the one I would recommend. staff

Whilst on holiday in Cheddar, our beloved dog Barney took a dramatic turn in health and we had to make the devastating decision to say good bye to him. As we were away from home, and our usual vet, we were left having to find emergency assistance and Axe Valley rapidly arranged an immediate appointment for us to take Barney in. All the staff we encountered dealt with both Barney and us with respect, care and kindness. We wish to thank you all for your help and kindness on what was one of the saddest days we will ever experience. Thank you.

Our wonderful Rottweiler, Hank, was struggling very badly with an ear problem. Operation date arranged very quickly. Costs were outlined clearly at time of diagnosis. Post op care was discussed in detail following treatment. We now have a very happy and content dog.

We needed this vets practice for an emergency situation on a Sunday whilst on holiday in the area. They were so friendly and professional. We were completely reassured and felt out dog was in very good hands. The vet on duty on Sunday 27th April and the nurse on duty were brilliant. ( I wish this were my actual vets). Thankyou both of you for your service. From Lorraine Thorne and Vinny the patterdale
