Fantastic. Everyone at Avondale Vets has been great. Communication is good when you need to get in touch. They’ve been very understanding when I’ve had to cancel or move an appointment because my cat is very nervous and unwilling to get in his carrier. The online booking is so easy and simple to use. They are all professional and friendly in the practice, always take care with the pets. Great health plan too. Recommend!

Been using this practice for years and have always had good service, though our dog's (and previously cats) have generally been quite healthy so we haven't had much experience of anything very complicated. However our luck ran out recently and one dog developed a serious issue which was dealt with sympathetically and very professionally by both vets involved. Thanks to them he appears to be making a full recovery, for which we are very grateful.

Absolutely fantastic vets from the reception staff , to the insurance team, and can’t praise the actual Vets themselves enough ! I had a very poorly lab who has previously had poor experiences with other Vets but I just can’t praise these guys enough .. especially Nick , his care and compassion for animals is clearly evident ! They aren’t about money making .. this Vet’s is most definitely about delivering the best possible care and I would never go anywhere else ! First class care and service all the way 🥰 Can’t thank them enough for the care provided to my girl and would recommend them to anyone !
