Very friendly, caring vet practice. I particularly like bringing my dog to the Bishopsworth branch as she is very reactive with other dogs and as it is fairly small, we're less likely to run into others!

Avon Lodge Vets are and have always been excellent in every department. You are greeted with warmth and friendliness from Reception which exudes throughout the Practice. Tom Arnold the veternary is personable, very caring and the consummate professional. He has aided Us and Our Jack Russell Lulu for many years. She is nearly 16 yrs and doing very well. The staff are so welcoming and reassuring especially when my dog Poppy is scared of the vets. They handle her with such care in difficult situations and do what is needed to make Poppy better. On this occasion one staff member grabbed a licky mat whilst the other gave injection and applied the staples and it worked a treat. Would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone else.

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The vetinary staff are well informed and talk through the various treatment options. They have taken the time to call me to advise on feeding for our diabetic cat . The staff really care about the animals they look. We've used them now for 8 years and highly recommended them.
