My cat, Benji, was so well taken care of, and I truly appreciated the face-to-face consultation with the vet—something I never had at my previous practice. It made such a difference to be able to discuss Benji’s care directly and feel reassured about his health. The reception staff were absolutely lovely—welcoming, friendly, and genuinely caring. The service overall was excellent, and every member of the team was professional, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to their work.
