I had such a positive experience here and wanted to share. The female vet we saw was absolutely lovely. My cat normally hates going to the vet, but he was so at ease with her that he actually lay down on the examination table – which says everything! He’s an older cat and has lost a bit of weight, so she suggested blood tests to check for things like thyroid issues. What really stood out was how considerate she was—she genuinely tried to find the most affordable option for me. When I explained that I couldn’t manage the cost right now due to a change in personal circumstances, she didn’t pressure me at all or make me feel guilty. Quite the opposite—she reassured me that he seems healthy and happy, and that the blood tests could wait until I’m in a better position. The reception team were also fantastic—friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The waiting area is really thoughtfully set up too, with separate sections for cats and dogs. There’s a designated space for pet carriers, calming spray available, and even blankets to cover carriers to help reduce stress for your cat. Overall, such a caring, understanding, and well-run practice. Highly recommend

Truffle had her annual check and vaccination yesterday. The Vet we saw was so kind to Truffle who became very nervous at the consult. She was also so helpful with providing general health advice, and we didn't feel rushed. The practice is clean and has a separate section for Dogs and Cats which I think is really useful at busy times, and all the staff are friendly. Thank you.

I couldn’t fault the service at all. The prompt action of the receptionist, Kate and Kirsty, meant my little Molly was taken care of straight away. From the moment I called the vet to explain my concerns, right through to Molly being treated, the care was outstanding. Thank you so much.
