Called up on Thursday concerned for one of my chickens, CJ. The receptionist checked with the vet and offered an appointment for the next day and to call back if she deteriorated. Came to the appointment and was seen by Vet Mariah, she gave CJ a thorough examination and discussed a treatment plan and let me know the costs during the consultation. CJ was taken for blood test and sent home with treatment; as promised Mariah called back with the results later in the day. CJ has already perked up and we are hopeful for a full recovery. I feel confident knowing that I have a practice to take my birds to. Many thanks to all the team.

We were able to get a same day appointment for our poorly pet rat, she was seen to with great care and patience which we really appreciated as she can be quite scared and timid of new people and spaces. Her issues were explained well and we were given appropriate diagnosis and medication to care of her at home. Second time visiting and I’d really recommend, especially if you have an ‘exotic’ pet as there’s not that many places for them in Manchester.

I started going to this vets with my puppy a month ago when we first got him. I have been to see 2 vets in that time and both have been very helpful. They have been supportive and given practical advice in an empathetic way. They have given me puppy loads of attention so he loves going to the vet! The receptionists have always been welcoming and patient. I am on the pet plan and think it's been really reassuring in the first months of the puppys new home life as I feel reassured that he will get the treatment he needs with no stress. Wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else! They’ve been taking care of my dog since a puppy and did a fantastic job with her spay surgery, taking great care of her when she was extremely grumpy afterwards! They also treated the death of my guinea pig with incredible compassion, providing with some lovely keepsakes - a small vial with her fur and a moulding of her paw prints. And they followed up with a condolences card in the post. These little gestures make a huge difference. Thank you.
