I was concerned because our cat had possibly eaten our dog’s food with arthrocam on it. We saw vet Ed and he spent a lot of time finding out and considering the weight of our cat / possible ingested amount of arthrocam. I came away reassured and grateful for the time and effort spent ensuring Pixie was safe and three weeks in, she is fine.

It was my dog’s first visit to Ashcrofts and they couldn’t have been lovelier. The vet was really good with her, and she got treats so he became her best friend! The pet health club I had was a different company to the one Ashcrofts use so I joined up with them and got the premium cover which is a really good deal.i would definitely recommend Ashcrofts without reservation.

I visited here with my client's animal support officer and the staff here was superb and amazing, although sadly my client's cat sadly died due to its ailments, it was treated with dignity and respect. Many thanks again staff and although you could not save Lilly, my client's animal support officer a lovely cat you guys did what you could and went that extra mile. Thank you all the same and my client will always be very greatful in what you guys did to help
