Been with Ark house for just under a year with our kitten and had lovely service. Take our cat regularly to have her claws cut and can always get an appointment really quickly and easily and they are lovely with her as she is a bit of a squirmer!

I can’t praise Ark House enough. I have been using their services since 2008 and don’t think I’d go anywhere else. The staff are caring and understanding, I have never felt rushed, whether it be with our elderly dog with his numerous visits (including a Friday night emergency when they were absolutely incredible), to the support and understanding we have received with our nervous younger dog. All staff, be it vets, nurses or reception are kind, understanding and work with us to ensure the best care possible. I can not thank you all enough
