The staff are so kind and caring. Had to have my cat put to sleep at the weekend and the staff involved were so caring and showed so much kindness it made the process easier. The aftercare also shown was a lovely touch. Each visit has been outstanding and it's clear that its not all about making money as some places can be but providing the best care they possibly can

Last visit to ark house was for a booster jab for my pup Reception was friendly and helpful. The vet we saw was lovely making pup feel relaxed and fussed him before distracting him with liver paste whilst giving his jab which he didn't even notice overall it was a ten out of ten from me

I recently traveled from Luton to Leighton Buzzard to visit this vet clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, taking the time to explain everything clearly. My cat was well looked after, and it gave me great peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. I’ll be bringing her back in a few weeks to get spayed and feel confident she’ll be cared for just as well. Highly recommend this practice for their excellent service and compassionate care!”
