Everyone was so helpful and friendly to both us and Henry and Lulu. Certainly a very relaxing experience compared to other vets I’ve visited. Also it was a pleasant surprise to not feel fleeced when leaving a vets. Exceptionally happy and would definitely recommend .

The receptionist was very patient with me on the phone, my cat was very unwell, I thought the worst and I was able to get a same-day appointment. The vet was reassuring and 24hrs later my cat is nearly back to his normal self.
