Had to make an emergency appointment for my daughter’s boxer dog (she is registered at a different vet although I did not know which one!) The Ardene House BoD team were fantastic, so welcoming and very glad to help us, including follow up support during the day. Everything worked out fine and we are so grateful for their help and advice. Particular thanks to Rosie the vet, Lisa and the wider team who were there on duty that day.

Always lovely to take my animals here staff extremely helpful and happy. Talked about not being able to get a certain type of food anymore thought it discontinued Lisa looked up on web site and vet nurse linda called suppliers as packaging now been changed which confused me. Now on order through the helpful girls at the vet and happy animals who will get their correct food again. Delighted with their help
