We've just moved to the area, we were previously spoilt by our last Vet who looked after our four Japanese Akita dogs so well that he soon became our personal friend (especially after saving Foxy's life following a snake bite). Black Notley Vets have managed to somewhat fill this void with the personal service and care we have been way too spoilt to expect. Thank you for looking after our pets and taking the time to explain exactly what your initial diagnosis is, what the options are and providing us with a list of options for us to then decide which route to take forward. That is what we call, excellent customer service.

Absolutely amazing practice! William is incredible and took me through my Chinchillas surgery step by step and offering me the different options. The nurses and surgeons that I met were absolutely lovely, accomadating and very knowledgeable. They treated Winnie as if she were their own, definitely by far the best vet surgery I have used!
