What pet owners say
I have attended Apollo Vets 4 times over the last year. I have always found each member of staff to be helpful, kind and curteous. And they all have a genuine love for animals too of course. The monthly subscription service that they offer is also a good idea, and works well for me to spread the basic costs over 12 months. It also works out cheaper for me overall, which is a welcome benefit. I am always more than happy with the service and the staff also seem like a team that are helpful to eachother, which is lovely to see. There is also ample parking and the premises are kept clean. When booking check-ups in advance, there is plenty of availability. (Fortunately I have not needed to request anything short notice) What more could you reasonably want? My dog Ace loves coming to the vets here, that says it all really! The staff are always friendly, happy to listen to your concerns and provide good advice. The practice receptionists are very accommodating when it comes to making appointments and are always helpful. I also like that this practice isn’t always trying to ‘hard sell’ you anything unnecessary like a lot of practices I’ve been to in the past. There are many vet practices close to where I live but I’m happy to drive the distance to go here. Louise and Ace

Apollo vets at Black Notley have a brilliant team of vets,veterinary nurses and receptionists who all are very friendly and efficient in their various roles. The vets are always very informative on the best treatment for Tiggy and will always be happy to take time to answer all my questions regarding her medication and care. Many thanks for a good service all round.

Needed an urgent appointment for my cat and they saw us in 2 hours time. Lovely and caring vet Neil examined my cat and explained exactly how he could be treated. Finn is now recovering well and I’d recommend Apollo vets at Black Notley for a kind and professional service.
