What pet owners say
We have visited the practice a lot just lately and each time we feel valued. Our pet is always greeted and by the time we go into the vet/ nurse room she is relaxed. The billing method is always easy to follow as a printed itemised bill is offered and reminders of appointments are always received by text a few days prior to our appointment. Took our 5 year old rehomed cockapoo for her vaccines and health check with Jessica today on our pet health plan which was our first vet visit with the dog as we not had her long. The staff at the reception as well as Jessica herself have been absolutely amazing with our anxious little girl. Jessica has been so kind and patient with our dog which made us feel so at peace. She explained everything to us throughout the process in great detail what we wanted to know and we had some lovely chats throughout the visit as well. So happy we went with Animates as our little girl vets. Will definitely recommend Animates to everyone 🙂

All the Staff at Animates have always been very engaged and attentive towards my animals and have shown real affection for them. They have been patient with me, by answering my many questions and help where ever they are able. Rochelle is my go to Nurse / Manager and keeps my right regarding timings of treatments etc. I am very grateful for the expertise, diligence, professionalism and general cohesion of this practice and would highly recommend it to anyone.
