What pet owners say
We have visited the practice a lot just lately and each time we feel valued. Our pet is always greeted and by the time we go into the vet/ nurse room she is relaxed. The billing method is always easy to follow as a printed itemised bill is offered and reminders of appointments are always received by text a few days prior to our appointment. Hannah is amazing, she so good with our cat and gives us informed options. James was also equally amazing, he kept me well informed on my cats condition and gave me informed options too. All the Staff at Animates have always been very engaged and attentive towards my animals and have shown real affection for them. They have been patient with me, by answering my many questions and help where ever they are able. Rochelle is my go to Nurse / Manager and keeps my right regarding timings of treatments etc. I am very grateful for the expertise, diligence, professionalism and general cohesion of this practice and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I rang up at 8 o’clock on a Saturday morning even though my dog was not registered with them they saw my Dog at 08.20 the same morning the service I got from start to finish was fantastic and I would recommend them to any one in the further
