New vets for us having moved into the area, what a brilliant friendly Practice. Our new vet, Elizabeth was incredibly knowledgeable, diagnosed Lola our dog, in a pragmatic and easy to follow step by step way, we are not out of the woods with her yet, but feel confident in the way she is being treated. Also the Pet Heath Plan is excellent , we joined, no pressure at all, and the Consultation was free..I wish All Vets followed this model. We are very happy to have found you!!!

We cant recommend Andale Vets enough and every member of the team are just fantastic. Our dog is currently attending regular sessions with Bronwen for cuddle therapy to help Buddy not be stressed when visiting the Vet..... Bronwen is fantastic and is slowly building Buddys confidence, in such a short period he is now able to get into the building without embarrassing us with the ridiculous amount of barking and peeing ge was doing!!!! Lol. My 12yr old daughter who is autistic always attends the appointments with me and she has built a good rapport with Bronwen who is just amazing with her.

Awesome practice. Very knowledgeable vets and nurses. Very welcoming and accommodating even at short notice they try their best to get you a consultation. Great space with seperate cat and dog areas offering blankets to comfort cats and small animals whilst waiting.

I have been with Andale for 13 years and always receive the friendliest welcome. The reception staff are always so helpful. Some times the vets change but never the care and service. It is always exceptional. Lewi loves to go there and see his friends. X
