I cannot thank the team at Amery Vets enough for the incredible care they provided to our Golden Retriever, Luna, during what was one of the most frightening experiences we've ever faced. Luna suffered a sudden and life-threatening reaction to something, and from the moment we arrived, the team sprang into action. Every single person we encountered was exceptional – from the reception team who welcomed and supported us, to the nurses and vets who cared for Luna with such skill, compassion and dedication. They kept us informed throughout and treated Luna as if she were their own. What impressed us most was how they went above and beyond when Luna needed to be transferred for further treatment. Rather than simply arranging the transfer, one of the nurses accompanied her and stayed with her throughout the journey, providing comfort and care at such a critical time. Thanks to the swift actions and outstanding care of everyone involved, Luna received the treatment she needed, and we will always be grateful for the kindness, compassion and professionalism shown by the entire team. Always a wonderfully welcoming experience at Amery vets. Whether a routine check up, or the worst possible news, they have always been so kind and compassionate, with both us and are unruly cats. I wouldn't go anywhere else now for veterinary care - they are the best.

Couldn't be happier with the amazing care our Rottweiler received. All the team are fantastic, compassionate, friendly and incredibly good at their respective jobs.
