My boy had to go to sleep on Tue, everything was almost perfect for such a devastating situation, blanket down feeding him gravy bones and I was asked - did I want to pay now or after..when you’re led on a blanket settling your dog why would you want to get up leave and pay and come back and start again. Now not the first dog I’ve had to say goodbye to and previously the last thing on Alphavets mind was payment, I was told to go home and pay over the phone in few days. You don’t want to be made to feel you paying was more important than your pet.. like I said almost a perfect service apart from the push for payment. I was at practice almost 2hrs, sat in consultation room 10min while the goodbye room was being set up if you’re that desperate for payment ask then.. I’ve been a customer 8yrs never disputed payments just felt unnecessary

I had a wonderful experience at Alpha Vets when I brought Winston in for his jabs. The vet was incredibly kind and caring, taking the time to explain everything in detail. This made us feel welcome and at ease. The reception crew were also friendly and accommodating, and they even took a liking to Winston. We can't wait to visit again and highly recommend Alpha Vets for their exceptional customer service and care.
