The girls were so lovely, when we had to take our 19yr old Jack russell in to put to rest, they prepared the reception so others knew we were grieving. They gave us time before and after, They provided foot prints, nose print and some of her fur in a glass bottle for us,

Alpha Vets is a great vet. I think you can debate about what the best vet is in terms of pricing, etc but i think the most important thing for a pet owner is just having the peace of mind that everything is taken care of. I have the pet health club plan and insurance, and Alpha Vet really do make everything feel like its looked after and taken care of. Everything is included and the staff always make sure they inform and educate you on exactly how to get the absolute most out of your membership. For this reason i can be confident that we are covered and taken care of in any situation. Staff are extremely friendly and cooperative and the love of animals is evident in everyone who works here.
