We suspected our dog had a grass seed in one of her front paws, continually licking it. It was late afternoon by then. Went on their website and was able to make an appointment for 8:30 in the morning. Our dog is very nervous and gets very stressed in a vets, but the vet, Claire Sawyer was brilliantl with her. After some paw investigation she found and removed a grass seed. The vet was very calm, and obviously very experienced. Reception was great too, friendly and professional. I know there is sometimes criticism of this practice because they are small and not open every day, but I was well impressed, and so was the dog. Job done :-)
