My cat had a major accident in the house and hurt his jaw , rushed him too alora vets , where i got told the damage was worse than i thought he shattered half his jaw and teeth and dislocated the other side of his jaw , i was in bits the cost of the treatment was gonna be super high and i didnt have the funds , i told them too go aheas with the surgery and i would work something out as i cannot lose my baby echo , after the surgery i went too pick him up to take him to glasgow vets and they told me they get a case study a year too put towards the bills and the two vets melissa and donna combined theres too save echo and help me , i cant believe it still , thanks too these amazing vets.

I truly cannot thank Alora Vets enough for their compassion and empathy towards my mum and I. We lost our cat Sydney on the 31st of July and the vet that Sydney had was so kind to him and to my mum who was there whilst he passed over the rainbow bridge. The vet got us a few paw prints from Sydney so that we have something of him but then not only that, we received a sympathy card and sunflower seeds today! These little things are beautiful gestures that have to be acknowledged - Alora Vets have made this time so much for easier for us and allowed Sydney to find the rainbow bridge peacefully. Thank you again! We are eternally grateful. 🧡

my mum and dad's dog came into get castrated and it was a nice and easy procedure, we also got him a toy which he hasn't used yet cos he's resting but he's liked the previous ones we have gotten from alora vets - would definitely recommend
