Ian the vet was lovely BUT there was just silence when I walked in. No welcome 😒 It would be nice if just soft music was played in the waiting room Would be nice if there were special rates for pensioners

I took my cat,who's 20 for her annual checkup. The vet was kind to her and thorough. She also went beyond her commitment. Ruby has no fear of going to the vet. The other staff were friendly and efficient as usual.

After visiting yesterday with Athena, the vet was very thorough and gave me a lot of information about her growth as shes only just over a yr old , a great service staff are always polite and helpful ......the picture is Athena just at home
