I cannot thank the team at Alders enough for their kindness and compassion. After spending the entire morning calling vets from Bourne to Peterborough, with no one able or willing to help my guinea pig, I was feeling completely overwhelmed and in tears. Despite guinea pigs not being the most common pets compared to dogs and cats, the team at Alders didn’t hesitate to help. They offered me a same-day appointment, treated my little guinea pig with care and professionalism, and made me feel like her health mattered just as much as any other animal’s. The support and reassurance I received meant more than I can put into words. I’m incredibly grateful that they took the time to see her and provide the treatment she needed when no one else would. If you’re looking for a veterinary practice that genuinely cares about all animals, not just the usual pets, I wholeheartedly recommend Alders. Thank you again to everyone involved—you made an incredibly stressful day so much easier, and I’ll always be grateful.

Always a professional service provided from checking in at reception to the end of the consultation. This visit was for claw clipping for my cat and the veterinary nurse called Ethan is amazing with my very anxious cat. Always treats her with the utmost care and respect she deserves. Full marks to him!
