Professional, empathetic & friendly treatment for my 5yr cavapoo suffering with serious gastro eneritis after eating contaminated food left in my garden by a pesky fox. They were very mindful that I was paying for treatment myself & called me at regular intervals to update me before agreeing next steps e.g Xray or scan. Maisie is recovering well eating again & had her first short walk today. Thankyou Alcombe

Updating this as it’s been a while. I cannot rate this team highly enough. Looked after me and Claudius like family right up until he died. And when it was time, I was reassured that I was making the right decision and not the selfish one. I have no idea how they do it. I now have 3 other little monkeys that are looked after with care, empathy and expertise. They also appreciate that I get quite anxious when I go in there because of what happened with Claudius and are able to ‘manage me’ as well. Thankfully my 3 monkeys are well (other than the idiots eating raisins). Thank you! From Nikki, Marie Curie, Alan Turing, and Edith Cavell.

I was seen today by the vet and nurse though it was very near closing time They waited for me and gave Ella the help she needed . Everyone here is amazing . Yes it is more expensive than a lot of other practices but the service and care make it worth it . Thanks again
