We took our adored dog, Biggles, to our local Alcombe surgery because we were concerned about a sudden cough he has developed. I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. The vet was very thorough in checking Biggles and preserved medication. She appeared to be genuinely interested in his welfare and keen to find the cause of the problem. The staff at reception were very welcoming since they knew him as a pup.

Great local vets. I’ve been coming here for many years with my previous cat BeauBeau and my current one Edie. I visited over the last two days with Edie as she was not well. They did a thorough investigation into what was wrong with her and I am really happy with how everything was dealt with. Edie is on the mend! The reception staff were also friendly and helpful throughout. This is a busy local vets and they come across as a warm and supportive team. 4 out of 4 paw review 🐾 🐾 🐱

I would like to thank the receptionist, Debbie, for taking us in as an emergency when one of my rabbits became unwell back in December. We normally see Tania, who is always incredibly kind, calm, helpful, and compassionate. I felt reassured that my bunny was in caring hands, and I am very grateful for the support and professionalism shown.
