What pet owners say
Excellent, professional care from the moment I walked in the door. All staff were friendly, as always, and very welcoming. The consultation with the vet, Ruth, was excellent, as always, with careful examination of Poppy who can be difficult at times but, as Ruth knows Poppy she completely understood her behaviour. . Care plan and potential care was discussed in detail with my thoughts taken into consideration. Ruth was very open that the treatment was rather expensive but I agreed to a month trial as recommended. Ruth asked to be updated via a phone call to discuss treatment or amend plan. The appointment was managed in a friendly and professional manner. I would recommend this vet practice 100%.

While on holiday with my dog, Ted, I contacted Albert Cottage Vets after finding a tick on his eyelid. The staff were incredibly helpful and arranged an appointment for us the very same morning. We received prompt, professional service with a smile, and Ted was treated quickly. I can't thank the team enough for their kindness and efficiency. Highly recommended.
