Thank you for all you did for my Lucy. She was my very special cat. I was so lucky to have 18 & 1/2 years with her. She is going to be so missed. My heart is broken. I have never loved a cat so much. I've lost 2 other cats over the years, but there was something different about Lucy. She was always there for me when I was poorly. She always knew when I needed that bit of comfort. A very good vet that has looked after my animals well. There is always a wait that can be a bit tedious when you are getting a repeat and are in a hurry. Has benefited from a recent upgrade, reception is much more animal friendly.
