What pet owners say
Very pleased with my recent visit to the Wallingford branch. My cat had injured himself over the weekend and had a bad limp, so I needed an urgent appointment on Monday morning - and got one for a few hours after my call. The vet was lovely during the appointment, explaining what she was doing and being gentle and kind with my pet, and giving me a clear plan for medication. The only thing that I would like to see this practice doing differently is giving itemised receipts - when I have asked for this in the past they have seemed confused that I would want anything other than the credit card slip. Just like a supermarket receipt I would like to know how much each item I am paying for actually costs.
