Highly recommend to all pet owners. Entire visit was relaxed and pleasant from start to finish. Vet was brilliant, listened and took his time during the consultation. This particular Vet was for exotics and knew so much about Hedgehogs which reassured me. Didnt feel pressurised to make any major decisions. Receptionist was also so warm, friendly and welcoming which immediately reassured me and she continued to remain professional when other clients arrived. I would advise other exotic pet owners to register with this Vet too. Excellent service! Thank you

Dexter became new member of Abivale vets, and I was very impressed. We was greeted by a very nice receptionist, who kindly explained the pet health plan, and double checked Deters details. The vet was very helpful and was fabulous with Dexter. He explained the benefits of having the healthcare plan, which saved me money!! I signed up soon as I got home. I felt at ease, and so did Dexter!

Very professional and reassuring service. Many of the vets have been with the practice a long time so you can build relationships and trust. Great with cats.

Their house vet is such a kind, and compassionate professional. Veterinary staff also very welcoming and polite. Waiting room is too small though and csn be a stressful environment for your pet when busy.

Thank you so much for looking after our boy so well today. He is doing brilliantly tonight and I am so glad we came to you guys for his castration. You're all amazing in Didcot and Abingdon and we want to thank you again for looking after our special boy. I'm glad he made you all smile as much as he does us. I was very worried and called after him being there an hour and a half and everyone was so friendly and nothing seemed a problem. The Abivale team are being so helpful with insurance policies etc. for ongoing treatment they have discovered. We really can't thank them enough! The reception team are also so lovely and make a massive fuss of our boy and the vets have also been really understanding of our rescue girl from Greece when she had severe fear aggression when we first got her. Compassionate every step of the way. The reviews saying about money etc. I think they want to ensure they can rule out serious issues from the offset. As it is clear they all have a passion and care for our babies. Thank you x
