A huge thank you to all the staff and especially Monica our vet who has being treating my dog Holly who is 11.5 with a torn cruciate. Caring people from the admin to the vets. My doggo has been referred a couple of times, and they are so gentle with her. They explain everything, and the fixed fee is really helpful, and they deal with the insurance company directly
