This vets is clean and tidy. My dog is nearly 13 years and we have came here since she was a pup. The vets are really professional and advise you exactly the treatment plan and care that the dog needs and gives you a price of what everything costs on your first appointment. All the people who work there from the reception staff to the nurses make you feel comfortable.

Always accomodating. I was late to an appointment due to a burst tyre on the way and they still managed to move things around to see my pet despite being an hour late. Always very interested in your pet and friendly service. They go above and beyond to help - vets, vet nurses and reception staff! Thank you.

Halloumi wasn’t well and after phoning up we were given an appointment we arrived and the reception staff were great with him and then we saw the veterinarian, she was friendly and very professional and gave him a thorough examination, she then set out a course of action and gave us a prescription of various medicines, Halloumi seems to be responding positively and he will return for a follow up next week but Abbey Vets have never let me down when we have needed them and I cannot speak more highly of them
