We had an emergency and phoned the vets, our Tess was having a seizure out of nowhere never had one before. We rushed her down and from the moment we got there we were supported by the staff we were taken straight in to a room and the vet examined her and took her straight away for treatment. The vet was amazing she looked after Tess and us and explained everything that she would need to do. We were allowed to see her after they had given her meds and had to wait 2 hrs for them to work. It was the longest 2 hrs ever but during this time I was phoning checking on her and the reception staff were so kind and caring saying we could call as many times as I needed to. When 4pm came we went back and was told the meds had worked and the seizure had passed but they needed to observe her for another hour or so before she could come home. All in all the vets saved our Tess and I will recommend them to everyone. The care Tess had and the support we had was outstanding and I cannot thank them enough. Tess is not just a pet she’s family and in an emergency like that I wouldn’t trust anyone else to treat her. Thankyou so much to everyone there for your kindness and support in what was a very scary situation.

With much sadness, but with amazing support from Lakeside, we said goodbye to our spaniel Bella.. the veterinary staff were highly professional but with incredible compassion for a seriously unwell pet..they went above and beyond to soften the blow and reduce our anxiety and we want to thank them and recommend the service to others in similar situations..
