Came home from working on a Sunday, usual Vets closed so directed to Out of Hours service. Seen within 45 mins of phone call. Vet was very friendly, put me at ease, explained everything in detail, giving me several options for treatment. Not cheap but have Pet Insurance so covered some of it. Would definitely recommend on first experience.

The emergency line was picked up almost immediately, I was given an advice on how to deal with the situation my pet was in. When I had to bring my dog in, out of hours, someone was on duty and took care of my dog who was in pain at the time. I am very grateful that we were given help and slowly my dog is getting back to normal. Very, very happy with the service overall.

The staff at Vets now were incredible. They looked after our dog with such care and dedication. They were so reassuring to us also. Our Reggie wouldn’t be alive if it wasn’t for their care and time.

Although nobody really wants to visit the Emergency vet they were totally amazing and caring. The vet was sensitive and passionate about fixing the problem and comforting. I may add the trip was extremely costly, however would do anything for my dogs wellbeing

I recently visited Vets now Reading and was met with friendly, kind,professional, informative staff. I didn't have to wait long, despite the vets being busy and I found the nurse triage reassuring. All in all great efficient service.
